Sit at a pull-down machine and grasp the bar with an underhand grip, hands approximately shoulder-width apart. Contract your lats and pull the bar down toward your collarbone, focusing on pushing down and back with your elbows and bringing your shoulder blades together. Keeping your back tight, slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
