Abs Exercise 20:One-arm standing cable row

With one hand, take an underhand grip on a handle attached to a low pulley. Bend your knees slightly, then lean forward, maintaining a neutral-spine position while supporting yourself with your free hand against your thigh. 

Contract your lat to begin pulling the handle toward your side; your elbow should travel back behind, and then wrap slightly around, your torso. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
