Abs Exercise 47: Medicine-ball toss (abs, obliques, reflexes)
Stand facing a partner with knees slightly bent and feet slightly wider than shoulder width. Holding the ball with both hands about chest high, turn your torso to the right, bringing the ball to the right side of your body. Quickly turn your torso back forward and throw the ball with both hands in the form of a basketball-style chest pass. Your partner mimics your movement and tosses it back to you. Catch the ball, but take part of the shock in your midsection. This time, take the ball to your left side and repeat the movement. Complete the same number of throws on each side.
