Abs Exercise 48:Knee thrust (hip flexors, lower abs)

 

Stand facing a wall with your right foot forward, knee bent, and your left leg straight back. Place both palms against the wall. Quickly thrust the left knee upward toward the chest, then slowly return it to the straight position and repeat. After completing the prescribed number of reps, switch leg positions and do the same number of reps with the right leg (not pictured).
