Abs Exercise 22:LOWER-AB MOVEMENTS

Lying cable leg raise
Position yourself on the floor in front of a low pulley and attach ankle straps to both ankles. Lie on your back with your hands under your buttocks. Making sure your knees are slightly bent, raise your legs about 12 inches off the floor and hold them there. 

Using only your lower abs, raise your legs another six inches, tilting your pelvis instead of lifting your legs. Return to the starting position and repeat. Beginners: Do two sets of 25 reps. Advanced: Do three sets of 35 reps.
